Insert a new Meeting, unless the meeting with the provided calendarEventId already exists, and the endpoint or endpoints provided are not already part of the meeting. In that special case, the new endpoint IDs are simply added to the existing meeting for the given calendarEventId. This allows distributed POSTing of new meetings where the clients POSTing may be unaware of the existence of the other clients. (Normally posting the same calendarEventId multiple times would simply be a duplication error.) To remove an endpoint from the list of accepted endpoints, use a PUT or a PATCH; care should be taken not to blindly DELETE a meeting by meeting ID when the operation you actually want is to remove a single endpoint from the list. Only after the list of accepted endpoints is empty should you issue a DELETE for the meeting itself.
